No sigh. No grumble. No complain

I have a very simple bet to challenge y'all but it's a tough job though
Once u get passed, sure u can see life in different angle and appreciate it :)

The very first task is : Can u stop grumbling just for a day?
Any grumbling or complaining words and sentences are not allowed

If u can manage to avoid any grumbling in a day, can u make it last for a week, a month, or an unknown period of time perhaps?

Let's give it a try !

"No sigh"
"No grumble"
"No complain"
