     SALAD is the easiest food to be prepared and can be served with many variation. Its texture, colour, and taste give different sensations. Besides, its freshness and crispness give a pleasure feeling to the eaters. 

     Everyday consumption of SALAD is good for our health. It gives some bonus and benefits to our health such as enhancing our fiber intake, dredge the healthy benefits of fruits and vegetables, cut-off calories intake and increase satisfaction, as well as obtaining a good intake of fat. 

ENHANCE FIBER INTAKES 
By consuming high fiber food, it can reduce cholesterol level and reduce constipation. Besides, when we consume high fiber food, we easily feel full and that means it is good for people who walk in body weight reduction program. 

DREDGE THE HEALTHY BENEFITS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Since fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, it provides a good source of nutrient for our body to maintain our health. Some fruits and vegetables may be rich in antioxidant properties which protect our cells from free-radicals and same goes with the rest of the vitamins and minerals which give different benefits to human's health.

CUT-OFF CALORIES INTAKE AND INCREASE SATISFACTION 
If our goal is to reduce body weight, start the eating ritual by eating "green salad". Vegetables salad can increase satisfaction and afford full feeling, at the same time cut-off calories intake which is good in body weight reduction program.

OBTAINING A GOOD INTAKE OF FAT
Eating monounsaturated fat that exist in olive oil, avocado or nuts, along with vegetables will help our body to absorb phytochemicals that can protect our body, such as lycopene from tomatoes and lutein from dark green vegetables.
